Pastored for 36 years prior to becoming Executive Director of Men's Teen Challenge of the Smokies
Keith is our Program Director. Keith has over 17 years experience in Teen Challenge.
Betty is our secretary and also does our newsletter and does many other tasks. She has been a church secretary at two different churches.
Aaron was on staff at Teen Challenge in Rehrersburg, PA for five years as a teacher and a counselor
Jason graduated from Teen Challenge in 1997 and was on staff at St. Louis TC for two years before attending University of Valley Forge. He was a youth/associate pastor from 2000-2010. From 2010-2012 he worked at Timber Ridge in Cross Junction, VA as a teacher/counselor. From 2012-2018, he was senior pastor at a church in WV.
Rick graduated from Men's Teen Challenge of the Smokies in August 2018. After serving as an intern, he was brought on fulltime and currently serves as our Kitchen Supervisor and Graduate Program Supervisor.
Jon entered Teen Challenge on September 9, 2016 through the Induction Center at Sandhills Teen Challenge. After 8 months at Sandhills, Jon transferred to the Training Center at Pennsylvania Adult and Teen Challenge on April 30, 2017. During his time as a student, the Lord laid it on his heart to continue to give back. Upon his graduation from the Training Center on February 23, 2018, he entered the internship program. After 15 months as an intern, the Lord opened the door for him to serve as a full-time staff member at Men’s Teen Challenge of the Smokies on July 1, 2019 where he continues to serve others with life-controlling issues.
Josh graduated from Cape Girardeau, Mo on June 28th 2019. Wanting to give back to the community, he decided to intern at Men's Teen Challenge of the Smokies.
Cole graduated Men’s Teen Challenge of the Smokies in February of 2019. He went home to work for family but felt led to come back and help out at the center as an intern. He works part time and is going back to school for real estate.
Norma is our Thrift Store Manager. She has many years experience in the this type business. Many say that it is the nicest Thrift Store they have ever been in.
